Aside from the obvious reasons why you'll never get your account back, do you think Rito wants to open the door to everyone claiming their "nephew" played their account so they shouldn't be responsible for what happened on it? Can you imagine Rito ever punishing boosters ever again? "Yeah Rito, that's totally my nephew just wanted to play and have fun and definitely not the guy I paid to get my account to gold most likely using 3rd-party software. I should not be held responsible for this ban."
