this glitchy game and punishment queues

why is it that the players have to pay for the mistakes of the devs? i never dodge, cheat or leave but the game crashes and has glitches and freezes me out but i get stuck with punishment queues. i was changing my runes when my game became ready so i clicked no so it didn't save unfinished runes. i picked a character and and was trying to take off smite as i wasn't going to be jg that game and i got a swirl showing it was thinking about changing my spell. the my character gets grayed out and my spell went back to smite... so i did it all again and the same. the time runs out but i manage to tell everyone what's going on and that we will probably get bounced back to the queue. my game freezes completely and i have to restart it. if the game started without me i would get sent back into the game i left but nope. i get a punishment queue. i will probably have more than one because riot is a bunch of assholes and they think this some how keeps ppl from leaving. all this had done is made sure i will never ever ever drop another single dime into their broken game. i mean why would i want to put money into a game that makes me pay for their mistakes.
