Should I be able to report other players because they intentionally ban my champions?

For weeks I've been trying to play Yasuo in ranked games now, the champion itself feels very strong compared to before and I believe I can climb with him right now. For literally 6 games in a row Yasuo was banned from my teammates when they clearly knew that I was going to play the champion, I understand that many Yasuo players lose a lot of games because of the difficulty of the champion, however I don't think I should be punished for trying to win a game. Every time my team bans my champion I have to play another champion in the toplane, a champion that I'm not experienced with. Because of this reason I have less possibilities of winning the game.

I understand that I should learn more champions to climb but still, I believe that banning my champion at the start of the game should be considered grefing

No, people are allowed to ban whatever champion they want for any reason. If they act like a dick, they might be punished. But banning a teammates champ is not against the rules.

Only if the enemy killing me in game also becomes reportable!

Yasuo is frustrating to fight against. If enemy gets first pick, they can take him away from you, leaving you to play a champ you might be worse at. If Yasuo gets fed, It becomes a massive problem for your whole team, so he's a reasonable ban in almost any situation.

They should just disable banning champs that are hovered in pick intent. Having said that, you need to have a fall-back champion or two just in case Yasuo gets banned by the enemy team.
