going afk should have an escalating ranked ban

go afk once get a warning go afk twice get a 24 hour ban from playing anything but bot games. Add a day each time. go 2 weeks without an afk the punishment reduces. No other punishment needed. Does affect honor does not cost anything but you waiting to make sure problems are dealt with.
