Normal to ban people for using chat?

EXPOSED SYSTEM. These people have a seriously messed up system where trolls can get away with anything. Yet, if you even say anything close to "toxic" they will suspend your account. Like for example, saying "useless" or "stop crying" in the match gets your account banned. These people are insane. I don't understand why so many people fall victim to this BS. League of toxic trolls. SCAM GAME. Promoting some fake positive outlook of the game, yet when you play all you get are toxic trolls for no good reason. Disgusting. Literally getting an account suspension for saying "stop crying". Stop crying if he killed you, don't blame me." INSTABAN! The current system is fair and working right? The addressing of those issues won't be done because trolling in league is the common. In a country where free speech is practiced, there exist a game where speech is restricted.

I've played thousands of matches and probably 1 out of every 1000 matches there is a good conversation, good intentions and manners. By removing the chat option, it would clear up space on the UI screen, remove focus from the chat log and reverting all focus onto actually playing the game. So, even if a troll tries to act up and say something, you won't see it because of the option to opt out of using a chat log. It will in fact make the game more competitive and have people focused on playing and not toxic chatting. I am only speaking on chat related cases because that was the cause of my suspension. I am not backing any other case for trolling, hacking or other misconduct. Ask the DEVS to provide the complete chat log of those matches and you will see the real toxic trolls were obviously baiting people to respond. By removing the chat log, no more attention to chat log people. Most of the people don't even talk anyways. Language barriers. Then all the bots who clearly dislike anyone talking bad about their game will not like you or be on your side. Obviously they trap you in game with trolls that won't surrender to move on. You get trapped with trolls toxic in chat all game. Trolls in the forums. The game should seriously be renamed to League of Trolls or League of Toxic? LoT.

Well, if you can develop a system to detect trolls with absolute certainty that's both quick and reliable, with a less than 1% margin for error, do please share.

As it stands, though, detecting trolls is not easy, as for gameplay related misbehavior, you have to determine the intent behind their actions. Some cases are obvious, and are punished reliably quickly, but others aren't - and it doesn't help that a lot of people tend to cry "wolf" over a pug.

Yet, if you even say anything close to "toxic" they will ban you. Like for example, saying "useless" in the match gets your account banned.

Saying useless will not, in and of itself, result in a ban. It may well result in a report being validated, but unless you've been calling people useless for nearly a full week and have blown through chat restrictions, you're not going to get a ban for calling someone useless, much less simply saying it.

The rest of your post appears to be unproductive rambling, so I'll elect to disregard it for the conversation.

I agree, this game doesn't need chat at all, but they keep it in to have an excuse to ban people and steal all their shit so they can rebuy it again. Business as usual.

they have leave buster why not feed busters. there should be a red flag system. for example if there is someone who is 1-9 and keeps dying over and over within a few min that should throw up a red flag. if someone goes some BS off meta crap like Annie jungle it should throw up another red flag. and if someone starts to build some stupid stuff there should be another red flag. enough red flags should let you remake and gives the trolls all the LP loss. this system shouldn't be too hard to implement. at least something similar.. there are a lot of other things trolls do and those could be made to throw up red flags too. I've had trolls ban the i declared force there way into the lane they want by just picking it and ignoring the rest of the team ect. this needs to be a thing that we can do to make the trolls lose and not decent people just trying to play.
