banned from team builder for dodging a blind pick normal

so today i left a game of normal blind pick we had 3 mids all 3 instalocked and yes i know the whole "wait 20 min and report them" thing but i have things to do im sorry im not waiting that long. so i dodged and now i am temp banned from the 1 mode that prevents this i was banned for trying to use a mode that fixed the only problem. how is this reasonable? and for the record i have maybe left 2 games in a month.
