About Champ Testing on ranked.

Hello guys. First of all, i apologise for my english. Not my mother language, but i am playing on NA so im going to do my best to expose my though.

Recently, i became lv 30 and got my 20 champs, ready to rank on solo Q. im smurf, yes, so no problem to get my favorites champs and get going. The problem is that im getting paired with a lot of people who just play a champ without having 3 games with it. Not in ranked, not even normal game. What happens? obviously their performance is horrible and end up loosing (reason im making this post is because i just lost a promo cause a champ testing zoe with 55 farm min 26 and 3/7 score).

I want to read you guys about this problem. im not saying im the best play or that i never have a bad game with a shitty score, but i know for sure that when a play ranked i use my top champs, which i've been playing with from months, years ago. im main adc, and the only adc i suck on is draven. Of course i dont have games with him and never use him in ranked, because i know i will do poorly, die stupidly and surely lost horribly. If i want to learn how to play draven i go to normals. thats why there are for, but these people doesnt seem to care about us, the ones who try to climb the ladder, away for silver and gold (though i was diamond in my other server).

For that, i was thinking that playing champs you have less than 5/10 games with in ranked/normals should be a motive for report and of course punishment. Im not saying is as bad as inting, but is close, because people who do this surely knows that they will do bad, especially if is a champ who requieres a lot of games to master (like zoe in that game and draven for my case).

Of course, it can exist a case where this could be unjust: a smurf who just bought a main champ who couldnt afford before lv 30/rankeds games (for any reason, though we all have 3 champs or more we buy above all others and use them almost always, i guess). that person uses that "new" champ on ranked, and for some reason they do very poorly (lag, jg camp, low fps, counter champ, you name it). Should he recieve punishment for that? maybe not, but it wouldnt be the first aspect riot punish for reasons beyond our control.

That would be the only reason why i have some doubts of this being punish. In the three times that i loose for peole testing champ i went to their op.gg profile and notice that they didnt have not even 3 games with the champ in question. That is so frustrating, and i hope that i will recieve a message of their punishment.

Sorry for the long post. Tell me what you think

I hate it too, but not everyone has time to first practice then try in ranked. And ultimately its a game, most people just wanna sit back, relax, and have some fun playing whatever champ/mode they want, and you should too.

I think you should only be allowed to play ranked on champions that are masetry 5. I also think that smurfs ruin ranked for us new and newer players and make it a terrible experience. Stick to you main account. At higher elo people know their champions. Its win/win. We are free from smurfs and you are free from people that dont know how to play their champion :)
