if someone played with a champ having low mystery point and his score is 0/13/3

he need to play 10 normal games before playing any ranked game. lately I've been playing with many players trying new champs in ranked and they simply feed . I don't say ban him from the game . just force him to play more normal games. It's not any player who is feeding you must have like 200 mystery point with that champ you fed with in ranked. and get restricted from playing ranked for 10 games . whenever i see a player trying a champion for a first time in ranked ( 3 times in my last 10 games ) and they feed and don't use skills and don't know how to play with that champ (do no damage to enemy champions or turrets ). If it's ok to try new champions in ranked , then you are right but i believe everyone should try hard in ranked and do whatever in normals. If he is playing with champion have 15000 mystery point with him. then this ban doesn't apply to him .if he intentionally feed that's another ban)

Why should innocent players be punished for having a bad game? No matter where you place the cutoff, two things will happen:

  1. Some innocent players will be punished. That is not, nor should it ever be acceptable in life or in League. Riot follows the viewpoint of the vast majority of humans on this earth that innocent people should not be punished unless the greater benefit greatly outweighs the risk and harm to the innocent people*. The "benefit" is a video game. There is no "greater benefit" that justifies harming even one innocent player.

  2. Anyone intentionally feeding will do so in a way that avoids whatever stats you use. For example, if it's KDA based (ex: anyone over 0/15), they'll either just get one kill or die only 14 times. If it's CS based (ex: less than 12 CS per 10 minutes on average, for non support roles) then they'll CS enough to avoid it. There is no stat or combination of stats you can come up with that both has a high specificity (high likelihood of people "detected" being actual trolls) and high precision (being able to consistently detect trolls and punish, and not be avoided). There simply isn't.

If they're confirmed to be trolling it would be better to just ban them. But having a low mastery score nor is having a bad k/d/a confirmation of someone trolling.
