I know i cant put there name here but idk how to point out that someone has multiple accounts and going around losing matches on purpose they literally stated they have multiple accounts and is force losing matches by feeding then leaving games they said "your all gonna lose LP" and DCs
report that player using the support function. Riot will look into it. But that's awful though :( Sorry you had to experience that

Hell, people have stated here on these forums that they do that. And if theyre just sneaky enough about it, Riot cant really do anything to em. Could be "mistakes". (Im not implying anything about Riot or anything, just stating facts. Dont get all political on me)
riot too busy dealing with serious problems like Kha not having enough overkill damage or people using naughty words to handle poor sportsmanship and match throwing
Unless they admit it it's almost impossible to prove anyone is intentionally losing. They could be actually drunk and just trolling around doing dumb stuff in their intoxicated state and maybe even hitting a spliff of the devil's grass.
If riot does ever implement a sort of item-detector and ban players who don't build recommended items they might as well remove the item system all together and instead use automatic upgrades when reaching a certain gold threshold.
