I've recently got a 15 day ban before the hex chest were released and its saying that do to behavioral problems I'm unable to get the chest or keys, I've spent around $40 on chest already because I can't play and get them so I'm wondering how long it will be before i can start getting them from just playing and getting S's in the game.
