ive just started playing draft pick with my friends and ive noticed that a lot of the games have 1 to 2 toxic players. muting is obvious but how can i go further to avoiding and just not ever see them
Low level is a known pocket of toxicity. You have the people whom were banned due to toxicity and they are creating alt accounts to continue playing. They don't learn and continue their toxic ways.
Typically you'll see less of them once you hit lvl 25 or so, as many of them will be banned again.
The best way? Don't become one of them.
Mute them, because of people like you those toxic players get banned. They shouldn't. Toxicity is a gold of this game. I love it. Toxic people keep this boring ass game somewhat bearable. If you take toxicity seriously and you don't laugh when it happens, then something is wrong with you, not with that toxic or rather emotional person.
What's your definition of Toxic??? Wanting to win the game isn't toxic.
im learning that this game is just full of raging 13 or something or it bring out an inner evil. im starting to hate this and just humans
You can't really avoid them, and if you play long enough, you almost inevitably will become one of them. My advice? Get out before you get hooked on the game. Life will be much more enjoyable that way.

Can't just /muteall every. single. game
if someone is toxic tell him you are new and learning
if he still toxic will mute them you really cant stop them from coming to your games
