Hello guys, so this will be about permanent bans and how RIOT don't want to give second chance. Have you ever been young? I believe you have. And when anyone is young they are competitive like BIG time. But this doesn't have to last forever, in two years person can change a LOT from being 110% toxic to 120% love and friendliness. You see my point here is, there should always be a second chance. No matter what one did. It is like the basic pollution of people. And RIOT is denying this to us. I believe everyone can change and everyone should get a second chance. Of course under some circumstances like one sin and you're out and this time for good... When you steal one müsli bar in market, will the society threw you away forever? No.. They'll give you that exact second chance, because you deserve it.. Everyone does. That's why I appeal on you RIOT, give us that other chance, give us the hope. Thanks...

There is not always a second chance for a specific thing though. You can still play League -- just on a new account. You are not entitled to a second chance with your old account, much like how if you get kicked of a restaurant after ordering food you don't get that food again, even if you're still allowed to come back later.

what about the several direct warnings you get before you get to the perma ban stage?

Yeah, they can change, but statistics say that they don't. Riot conducted an experiment back in the day, where people got a chance to get their accounts unbanned. All they had to do was get an account to level 20 without getting punished. 95% of players failed.

However, they ARE doing a similar experiment on NA at the moment. They gave back some people their accounts and is now monitoring the situation.

If the experiment is successful, we might see it implemented fully. And if we do, it'll probably be very small scale and for a single server. (Because monitoring players actually takes up a lot of resources.)

Riot does give second chances and third and fourth and so on...just not on the account that was banned. They clearly state that the summoner is more then welcome to create a new account and reform, but their perma banned account will stay banned as punishment for the many warnings they do give.
