The most upset I've been with this game after playing 8 years

As of a recent few games. I've never been so upset about league of legends and it's community. I've been through a lot of different phases that league has put many of the veteran players. I've dealt with the common afk's, inters, trolls, and etc. As of recently though, it's been bothering me so much more than it ever has before. It's just too damn consistent where people are doing this. I had a game where I reported a player for being racist and purposely inting and yet I never received a message of the player or any player recently reported of having any repercussions happen. I've had too many games back to back where people just leave games, int, and just troll! It's annoying that it's happening too common at this level. Yet, there's nothing being done. This game is causing more frustration than actually enjoyment of the game. I'm at the point where I want to give up on this game where the developers just don't care anymore.
