Is this really bannable?

I dont feel like its bannable. Its a bit toxic but theres a reason im toxic in these games. Game 1: Draven mid perma pings top lane where im at and proceds to soft flame me. Later on he roams top to just start takiung my farm. Game 2, Not even that toxic or? Sona flamed me in champ select for getting autofilled and then proceeded to give fiorst blood and talk shit to me in chat. Game 3, Voli called me idiot for dying to a lvl 6 gank from a noc while i was stunned. And id already lost my sums becuase i got ganked 3 times over. I know its a bit toxic, but i feel its unjustified becuase I didnt like start flamign them without reason its either they flamed me or they started to troll,

3 things that you should know.

  1. Asking for reports can get you in trouble for harassment. It's minor, but your goal is to have someone's account banned, and no one wants to have their account banned.

  2. There's no point in asking for reports. All a report does is to flag the system to review the game for toxicity, and the system will return a toxicity score after the review. No matter how many reports the system receives, the returned toxicity score is always the same.

  3. The system punishes people based on consistency x severity. Meaning people can get punished for 1 game of extreme toxicity and/or 100 games of mild toxicity.

Since you didn't know that asking for reports can count against you, all the other games you've asked for reports have accumulated within your behavioral history and was building a case against you. This game was just the game that broke the camel's back.

Uhh yeah. That is toxicity my man. I don't know that I'd ever want you on my team tbh. Regardless of if others are flaming or getting tilted or whatever, its best to just keep your cool. The more people we have keeping the atmosphere of each game cool and understanding, the better the rift will be for everyone.

im more likely to not report someone if someone on my team or the other team cries about it.

Your actions are what matter, not the actions of your teammates. There's no need to tell us what your teammates did - whether they instigated you or not, your actions are for you to be responsible for. Here's some examples of things that could get you in trouble:

Calling for reports on teammates ("x9 mid", "report voli")

Report calling is against the rules. There's no difference between 1 report and 9 reports in the same game - it's the number of games reported in that matters. Report them yourself and don't spread negativity during the game (or before/after!).

Airing dirty laundry in all chat (presumably): "This sona flamed me in champ select For getting adc"

This is just unnecessary negativity. Again, if you have a problem with a teammate, you can report them yourself after the game. You don't need to try to get other players on your side. This behavior is more likely to just make that player play worse.

Unnecessary rudeness/spiteful behavior towards teammates: "Voli never play league again", "Enjoy the ban Draven", "Ur both muted so hjae a great time"

This is just generally unpleasant to see. The stuff about players being punished is self-evident with what I've mentioned with reporting players, and muting is similar - if you want to mute someone, just do it. Don't make a show of it.

Making a second account after one was permabanned (presumably): Dude i have lvl 5 on a banned acc

Riot's stance, as far as I'm aware, if that if you've been permabanned, you're not welcome back in the community. I'm aware that exceptions have been made to this, and most players probably don't follow this rule anyway, but it should still be stated. Apologies if your account account is tempbanned and not permabanned and I've come to a hasty conclusion here.

The behavior here, alone, isn't worth a permaban in my opinion (except the second account, which if it was permabanned, means your new one should be gone on sight), but punishments ramp up, from what I understand, so if you banned for this, it's probably because you've already received a chat restriction or two on this account. I personally wouldn't want to play with someone who talked like this (and this much) in-game, and would report them.

if it's toxic then it's punishable. there are no valid excuses for toxicity. it doesn't matter what prompted it, who was toxic "first", who is "more toxic than you" or what you personally believe about the situation

is this the 2 week ban or the perma? and if it's the latter, when did the two week ban go off?

Just report and move on. No one needs to know someone called you a name. 1 Report has the same weight as 9.

Calling x9 on anyone is idiotic. We're not your personal army, and you aren't good enough to boss us around.
