Should I be more careful while chatting in game.

While playing I use words like wtf and bullshit when I am talking about a event or how I died from time to time. My words are never directed towards a player. Or when I see someone that likes to chat while playing like me I like to make some jokes if they give the feeling they won't have a problem with it. I'm trying to be as clean as possible and started to think maybe I might be violating some of the rules with how I use wtf and etc. or with my jokes. I want to check my chat logs to see if I am really being offensive without realising it and also if a Rioter can please tell me if I have to be more careful or continue like this it would be really appreciated. Thank you for taking your time to read this.

There's a difference between saying "well shit, I just died" and " well you're a shit player".

One of them is bannable while the other isn't. Somehow the AI can differentiate with all this.

You can always submit a ticket to Riot support and all them if you've been validly reported in your recent games.

I would avoid saying anything. No point and it could hurt the team if someone gets offended.

Nah i wouldnt worry about that. 90% of my chat in the past 5 years is just exclamations like "fuck", "dammit!", etc... and ive never had a punishment.

i advise you move chat box off screen. that way you can't see any flame your team gives and thus don't get "baited" into retaliating and getting punished while they get away.

If it's mild, like I used to be, your first punishment will be a 10-games chat restriction anyway. So keep watching what you say, but consider that as long as you don't get chat restricted it's fine. You won't get banned out of nowhere.

I had a duo who seemed to type 1000 words per minute, but it was because he was like an ADHD riddled child who had to type every random thing on his mind. He was a very nice guy, it's hard to imagine him ever being tilted/toxic. On rare occasion, he did annoy the hell out of other people. For as much he typed, I'm gonna assume he never got chat restricted.
