First off, I want to make it clear that I am part of the experiment, and so far I have not been banned, played already 150+ games, so I think I am doing okay.
The system is completely flawed, you cannot argue with a teammate, you cannot have a difference in shot calling during in game(you'll be labeled toxic by the system), You are expected to keep a good behavior when you have a troll running it down or building 6 tears on reksai(cough)
The system pretty much forces you to play out games where you have trolls, and expect you to have a good behavior.
For example, this might be considered toxic to a lot of players which will result in a down-vote,
I believe if you're plat 5 and below, you're not a competitive player.
I never build tears on reksai.
or bust. >_>
In all seriousness, you can argue without being punished. It depends on how you conduct yourself. You can suggest more optimal builds without getting punished. You can argue about meta, hell the weather, etc... without getting punished. If you want to argue about shotcalling, you can do that too, without getting punished, so long as the argument is never personal or just overly argumentative. I mean it can get contentious sometimes, but one part is substance and the other is form.
I've made jokes when I've had a troll on my team. There's nothing wrong with doing so. But again it's one part substance and another form. If all you're going to do is rage at the troll, or throw insults to enemy team about them only winning because the troll fed, then it should be expected that you're going to get reported. There are much better ways to handle it.
Are you only playing ranked?
