Perma banned for nothing? Riot fix this

I am copying client text below. I have been perma banned after playing a single game after 2-week suspension I should not have gotten in the first place. This is ridiculous and I have a feeling riot is intentionally doing this to players who spend money. If they have any negative games they will ban after a single occurrence yet trolls and extremly toxic players who dont spend money seem to never get banned,.

A single game played after 2 week suspension and this is perma ban worthy? what happened to 3 games of negative abuse or even ANY negative abuse.

Again, punishments aren't targetting individuals who spend money or don't spend money; it just focuses on individuals who exhibit consistent negative and/or toxic behavior.

In your post, you argue that people who troll aren't getting punished, yet you also complain that the system isn't giving you enough chances.

You give evidence that the system is working for verbal abusers, which lets me confidently say that it at least works here.

That's about it for non-toxic comments in that game, and only when taken out of context.

How can you not understand that this behavior is unwelcome? You started off the game with "bg", which you then proceeded to make happen by continually berating your own team with sarcastic comments.

Whether you spent money is irrelevant; you absolutely deserved this ban after coming off of a temporary suspension without any apparent attempt to reform. Good luck with your next account, should you choose to continue playing. Try not to be a jerk next time.

There's a ton of posts like yours and they are also filled with this kind of nonsense.

Obviously nothing you said was even remotely worth of punishment.

Pleasant? No.

But it sounds like it was an unpleasant game, and clearly other people weren't being pleasant either. There is actually very little talk/text here, and none of it particularly extreme.

If people choose to be impolite in their game that's their business. If someone doesn't like it they can mute.

This is a far cry from harassing or disrupting game play, and a good deal of it was clearly a response in the same tone he was addressed. Which, despite what anyone wants to pretend, is quite relevant.

Aside from hate speech and other such keywords, tone and articulation is completely subjective. What might be negative in one context is perfectly reasonable in another.

And if he wanted to take a mage bot lane adc and run around the enemy jungle all game, not necessarily feeding too much, that would be perfectly acceptable.

How you can even post that with even a drop of sincerity is beyond me. That is laughable.

the punishment system works in tiers;

10 game chat restrict
25 game chat restrict
14-day ban
permaban

Extreme cases can skip tiers, but nowadays, its lesser about "permaban worthy" chats. More about "is it punishable".

You were pretty negative in that game and it was pretty early to give up. seeing that you were in your last punishment tier, and how frequent you were punished. This last game escalated you to permaban pretty quickly.

Now you understand why you are banned, get out.

You're just verbally abusing everyone don't tell anyone to uninstall, accused of feeding, and saying you are done helping is just refusing to cooperate. This is the reason why you got banned and you deserved it I'm sorry for you since you poured your cash into this account. Just like you I have poured little bit of money into my account, but I will no longer violate a single policy not like the last time it happened to me.

I hope you learned your lesson.
