Riot needs to be more clear on what counts a toxic behavior

I have never been banned or chat restricted in league of legends but some of the people who I see get banned makes 0 sense why they get banned when on a daily basis I say worse things to my teammates. Here is a good example.

A couple days ago I had a shit jungler. He refused to ward or go for any objectives whatsoever. Naturally I called him out for it asking if he could start trying to help the team with objectives a little more. He became extremely toxic saying he could play the game as he pleases and do whatever he wants.

He told my adc who was defending my postion to go and get cancer and end up in a hospital. I got pretty pissed after hearing that and proceeded to tell them to go get hit by a car and hope they end up homeless. I don’t like people bullying other people so that’s why I got this upset. I never said anything else cross to him and this all started with me asking if he could help get some objectives.

After the game I though for sure I was going to get chat restricted. Especially Considering this is not the first time I have done this. I get pretty toxic teammates a lot and when they start bullying other people for little to no reason I get really mad and try to defend the person getting bullied but end saying some very toxic things.

Long story short I never even got chat restricted and as far as I know neither did the other guy. The next day however I was in a premade with my friend and he reported out support for telling our jungler to stfu and play like a normal person. That person ended up getting a ban for no reason that I can see.

I feel like I am far more deserving of a ban for some of the things I have said yet have never gotten one. But this person gets one for doing pretty much nothing.

Riot needs to be more clear on what gets punished and what dosent. If me getting banned helps then by all means ban me, I think I deserve it but please don’t ban people without giving them a Legitimate reason.

Insulting, harassing, or offensive language directed at other players.

Any kind of hate speech such as homophobia, sexism, racism, and ableism.

Intentionally ruining the game for other players with in game actions such as griefing, feeding, or purposely playing in a way to make it harder for the rest of >the team.

Leaving or going AFK at any point during the match being played.

Unnecessarily disruptive language or behavior that derails the match for other players.

Inappropriate Summoner Names.

Do you need the TL;DR version?

Don't be a jerk. Don't use hate speech. Don't intentionally feed or grief. Don't leave games.

If you want exact definitions of what is punishable, you won't get any and rightfully so. (1st they would need to be very long if they were to cover every single case, and secondly and most importantly, everyone would find it extremely easy to circumvent them)

If you want a general guideline that will ensure you will never get punished I can give you one.(works 100% of the time)
