Inting people in Rank

i have three people in three different ranking game this morning inting. idk whats the punishemnt for them while i report them to the system,but i found out that more and more people like doing that in ranking by either choosing champ they never played or not good with or building risky and lost on line. it is very unfair to those who like me getting prepare for every ranking game and try to climb up to a higher rank. Most of them dont really care about getting reported, i mean one of them even say that their behavior was supported by riot because you encourage them to discovered more ways to play this game. i agree with that as long as it is normal or draft games, but in rank? why? i really hope riot can pay more time and attention on the inting report punishments because it just destory the difference between normal game and rank game. it was supposed to be a platform for those who really try to be serious to this game but not for those who just gonna ruin others games.plz riot, do something.
