ea I've had a bit of a patience issue with league recently. I've been playing this game for like the past 5 seasons and really care about my account. It's only recently over season 8 and season 9 that I've tilted more than usual. I think I deserve a second chance as I've usually been on good behavior in all the other seasons. Or at least reasonable standards. Sometimes losing my cool but not this often with an honor level as high as 3 I think? I've been playing since Season 4 and find this a great recreation. Sure it's a wakeup call that maybe I'm losing my patience too frequently when playing. I just think permanently? After 5 years? I hope the fact that this has never happened before means something to this company. I've had chat restricts before and recently a two week ban. I think just because it all happened within a short period of time is what set the system off! I think this homie deserves at least a second glance so he might be able to keep doing what he loves as his favorite game.

Lemme just copy what i said in your other thread:

You insulted your teammates, flamed for most of the match. You were warned recently, as you said it yourself. You should've stopped and thought about your behavior then.

I'm sorry that you lost your account, but your punishment is non negotiable, at least as far as i can see. That's a pretty clear evidence of toxicity.

Riot is currently trying a new permaban redeem program, depending on the result of that it might become a feature to try and redeem your account. If it fails and they decide to stop it, you have no chance and used up your second chances.

There is no way for you to recover this account. The punishment was justified, and the temporary punishments weren't having the desired effect, so you can no longer use this account.

Should've thought of that before getting banned huh? Should've not played with a bad mindset in general.

I've had chat restricts before and recently a two week ban.

The 2-week ban was your last warning, and it clearly stated that the next offence would be a permaban. After a 14-day ban even smaller amounts of toxicity can result in a permaban since you've been warned about your behavior on multiple occasions.

Now let's see what you said that resulted in the ban:

That's more than enough to warrant a permaban, after 14-day ban. Should've thought twice before flaming the Elise or report calling anyone (it's considered negative behavior btw so don't do it as it's pointless)

It looks like you earned that punishment. Since you've earned several punishments, this one is permanent in order to prevent you from earning any more.

ehm no. Your ban was very justified, you attacked your teammates a majority of the game, and you were negative, also calling someone out and saying "report(X)" is actually punishable since it counts as harassment. Just make a new account and try not to tilt as much. You're also getting into fights with people who are commenting on and giving you feedback on your punishment, which is just dumb since you literally asked for it in your post.

Damn man... hard to justify this one. You even got chat restricts and a 14 day ban. That 14 day ban was your second chance. Thats gotta suck. Not judging you as a person or anything, but yeah this seems like a pretty legitimate progression into a permaban. You had so many warnings :/

Yep, undeserved. Just like my ban. People are so fucking sensitive, it's pathetic. Where is everyone's backbone? I bet if chat logs showed the other side people wouldn't be so fast to point the finger. But there isnt another side, ever.

I want someone to build a time machine so I can go back to a time where people weren't such babies.

I'm going to try and level with you here, and tell you a timeless tale of a toxic fool.

I've been playing this game since mid s1. My main got perma'd in mid s8. Unlike your case, my negative behavior was a lot more spread out. I could do well for most of a season, only to start getting punished in the last couple weeks from losing it on people (who btw I will still claim deserved everything I gave them and more) before going for awhile without incident again. It was far from all at once...and I could argue that Riot really needs to take into account the longevity between incidents as a notable sign that people are trying, but that's irrelevant to my point here.

  • Did I deserve the ban? Yeah.
  • Did the people I was going off on deserve a ban? In probably about 90% of the cases, I'd say yeah
  • Do I get to decide that? I freakin wish...
  • Do I want my main back? HELL yeah, I had every champ before Neeko, probably like $2500 worth of skins, a shit-ton of legacy content, and Hextech Freaking Annie, of course I want it back!
  • Do I think I deserve a second chance? Well...

To be fair, this IS my second chance. I'm not gonna make another alt-account. If (and if we're being honest here, I may as well say when) I lose this one, its gg. And while there are a lot of circumstances I could nitpick at to argue the return of my main, and a lot of issues I have with how completely ineffective a permaban actually is (look at me on an alt for reference) or how in most cases it's almost more of a hassle to permaban people (a lot to that, but the biggest reason I'll leave here is that it forces all the toxic behavior onto newer players when the toxic players make an alt, and shows new players "this is ok, because I can always make an alt") it's really not worth the trouble of going through all that when they were right to say I was making waves. And even if I did make all of my arguments, it isn't going to stop me from telling every duo queued troll squad where they can shove their opinion of me anyway. I know I'm not nice about it, and I know I'm not going to be nice about it, because it's a huge pet peeve of mine when people think they hold power over everyone having a bad game if they're "carrying", or because they play in a group queue and can put more reports on you for calling their crap than you can put on them for all the crap they pull that needs to be known as wrong. You can't fight injustice with negativity. And you can't ask for justice when your vigilante tactics are a negative impact on everything you claim you're fighting for. Nobody can say I didn't learn my lesson...but that doesn't mean that I'm worthy of a thing.

There's a lot to work on in terms of handling negative behavior on both ends (because unfortunately, they really do have more power as a group in triggering the report-o-bot, and even though the decision for a permaban has to be made by a Riot employee, most of them still drop the banhammer if you make it all the way to them and they see the f-bomb pop up without even looking at context)...but it MUST start with the player. Things on Riot's end could never even be tested for effectiveness in reducing negative community influences if they go around handing out "we forgive you" reinstatements to everyone who asked or even showed themselves to be reformed.

If you think you deserve a second chance, grind up an alt and prove it. If you start getting all sorts of punishments from how you handle things on your alt before the next season even starts, there's your sign that it's time to let this game go. If they reinstate anyone at all, it will be people who can come to them on an alternate account sitting at honor lv 5 for at least 2-3 seasons who can give them that undeniable proof that they can and will handle themselves better. This account of mine hit rock bottom honor level 0 during season 8 because whenever I was in trouble on my main, I'd carry it over to here. It's now sitting at almost level 3 again, if that gives you a clue to what reforming really means. I personally doubt I make it all the way to level 5 before I drop the ball again, and even if I do, I doubt I maintain it for over a year. If I do though, that'd be the only time I would consider myself worthy to talk about getting my main back...and that's probably still a slim chance with them.
