Trolls every game! Can Riot please dial up the disciplinary measures?

I think I'm about at my limit. First off, I'm unsatisfied with how the game is right now, so I'm already not having the most awesome time with League. But putting that frustration aside, I also have to deal with some seriously toxic assholes almost literally every other game.

This last game was a fucking disaster before it even started. 2 minutes in, I walk away from leashing Lee Sin at the blue buff, and he dies because he forgot to buy his jungle item. So obviously, the best thing to do is to tell the team "I'm out," then fucking disconnect from the match. Right?

So that's great. We now have a 4v5 2 minutes in, without the option to remake, and with really no chance to win. So I take a loss and a ding to my LP and sit there for 20 minutes while I wait for enough teammates to vote to surrender. Needless to say, this is an awesome way to start off my morning before work.

How much of this stupid LP swinging do we have to deal with when trying to climb? There's a troll in every game now, be it on my team or my opponents team.

How much of our W/L and MMR is actually a reflection of games where a troll isn't involved on either side?

Honor wards and capsules are cute and all, but there are troves of people that don't give a shit about rewards - people who's entertainment comes at the expense of others. Getting a reward skin once a year isn't fun for them - behaving like a complete prick is.

Human beings that are compassionate, empathetic, and cooperative with others aren't that way because they think they will get some reward out of it - they just have a normally functioning conscience. You can't convince trolls to stop being assholes with a reward - the only reward they are interested in is getting away with behaving like an asshole. The only deterrent that works are disciplinary measures, and something needs to happen, because the trolling is getting really out of hand.

Like at this point, all I want to do is just play a normal game where nobody fucking flips out. I really don't think that's too much to ask considering all of the disciplinary mechanisms Riot has in place.

Also, please bring back the Tribunal. That's literally been the only thing to take the sting out of experiences like this.
