No one on this board or rito themselves ever denied that real trolls exist and they should be punished. The only crutch is to differentiate it from people with real bad games. I'm sure you have plenty too.

Sounds like you're playing with the Highest Mastery Singed on NA, the one that got in trouble last season or whenever, for rolling Support with Smite then refusing to even pretend to support. I've had 2 games with him now, and that's PRECISELY what he does these days. Queues jungle, removes smite last second, then stands 10 miles back from any action all game, only going in when he can safely steal a kill so his K/D/A's look amazing... Yet he rocks a 31% winrate with his 11:1 K/D ratio.
Though looking at your match, it was a Twisted Treeline match, I don't know enough about what goes on there to really say much. Do they even have official role assignments there? Or was he "Forced" to jungle by being last pick, and simply didn't want to play that role?
Either way, it's wrong of him to do so. All you can really do is report him and move along.
