An int'er

I just had a game where a cassiopeia had said that she was going to int if I didnt gank her lane,So I just ignored her because I'd rather help other lanes I also thought it was just an empty threat however she did actually roam bot and run under tower and kill herself, and when I tried to point out that she was inting she had a duo que partner who tried to defend her.We had a yasuo and he did point out that she was inting so currently there was me,my duo que and the yasuo who were trying to point out that she was inting to the other team however the enemy team didnt say that they were gonna report her and at the end it didnt seem like any of them did, and to make things worse she continued to say to the enemy team that she was lagging and never admitted to saying that she mentioned that she said she was going to int it also didnt seem like the enemy team noticed that she was inting. So what am i meant to do, only about 2 or 3 people reported the cass and shes just gonna go away with any repercussions to breaking the rules.

Don't call people out for inting. Here's why:

  1. If they threatened to do it if you ignored them and then they did it again... then giving them the attention they want will reinforce that they can force you to pay attention to them if they int. It's basically just feeding the troll and encouraging it to come back for more.

  2. IF somebody is not actually inting, accusing them of it will piss them off and distract them, making them play worse. Not relevant to your situation since the player straight up said that they were going to int, but in other situations you should still keep this in mind.

The only solution for dealing with an inter, especially an attention whore inter, is to mute and ignore them, and report them / submit a support ticket about them after the game. By not feeding them attention you avoid exacerbating the problem, and by reporting them you ensure that this game will go on their record and Riot will take action based upon that.

I can literally pull up a ticket I sent to Riot games a couple years ago about a yi who had hundreds of games where he was intentionally feeding and was still playing, I belief it was on the front page of the subreddit. If you think that group in charge of the ban system is competent you're mistaken. Riot has failed at this task since I started playing in season 3.

To be fair, unless you're in super high elo, the likelihood of getting matched with her again is really dang low. You really only need 1 report to get that game flagged by the system. In extreme cases, you can try submitting a support ticket about the game, but Riot's bound by Privacy Laws to not disclose the outcome with other players.

One thing I have learned though these boards is it doesn't matter if you are the only one to report or if multiple people report. 1 report is all it takes to trigger a review. Asking folks for reports can end up hurting you in the end if you aren't careful. Just report and move on.
