hextech crafting restrictions

Well guys, i got reported 3 matches this week. That ended up in a chat restriction, when i finished my 10 games with the chat restriction i wasn't able to get any keys, boxes, etc.. because of that restriction. I don't understand this because i got punished for the reports already. Now i am wondering how long i wont be able to get any loot.
