Consistency With Riots Punishments

I have recently received a two week ban for calling someone hard stuck several times in a toxic argument using zero vulgar(I can provide the logs of what I said but not my teammate). I do not have an issue with this however the lack of consistency on riots end is rather atrocious and unjust. This isn't meant to be a witch hunt because I love T1 but he is acting extremely toxic on an account given to him by riot and receiving zero punishment. He uses vulgar in many of his games as well as harassing pros such as xmithie for his looks. I don't want him banned I just want consistency for all players and this is clearly unfair. He should be a role model to the community but if I say half of the things he says I'll be banned in a couple games. Again, I don't want him banned nor my punishment reversed but there needs to be some consistency.

Oh dear lord another T1 thread. There's plenty of consistency. You have to be reported consistently to receive a punishment. As people have explained in many, many threads already - high level players and streamers generally all know each other, and they don't report each other. Riot is not going to go on witch hunts and punish people outside of the report system - THAT would be treating them differently.

Has Tyler1 been reported in game by players in game with him, for in game actions?

Well, do you recieve the same amount of reports as him? Becuase many high ELO players don't report each other as they are friends.

Do you play the same amount of games as he does? The amounts of clean games he plays on that account reduces the toxicity ratio on the account.

If you can reproduce the exact same toxicity content at the exact same frequency and receiving the exact same amount of reports, then you account will be on the same standing as his.
