Dynamic Queue/Punishment Queue Dodging & Champ Dodge

Okay I'm not going to lie I was never a fan of draft pick until this mode came out, I was never a fan of team building either since if you didn't follow the meta 100% you would never get to join a team. Personally There is 2 things I feel like they should do that could improve that mainly involves champ select and pressing accept to join the lobby.

  1. If a player denies it have a 1-2 minute penalty, add 1 minute if they keep doing it. Make the timer reset after 1 hour.
  2. When someone dodges 5-15 minutes isn't a good punishment imo. I feel that if you dodge you shouldn't be allowed to play for an hour.

I know getting to the last pick then someone dodges is getting old not only for me but I'm sure for everyone else. Anyways just dropping these ideas here.

The problem is that there are trolls who say get mad when something happens and say they will feed. I think they should add a report system in the lobby

The last thing we need right now is more barriers to playing.

For accepting afk check, queue times are absurdly long in draft pick, and the client often fails to pop up or give warning when, after your 10-15+ min wait, you fail to notice the couple of seconds you're given to accept a check. The last thing you want to be doing is penalizing people for missing that, since if they hop right back in, they can quickly fill that spot if nobody else was in line.

As far as more stringent penalties for queue dodging, its part of the game. Sometimes its necessary, for whatever reason. The penalties grow increasingly severe the more times you dodge, and there is an elo/lp loss for dodging in ranked. Again, the idea is to prevent people from abusing the feature, not punish them
