Why should I get the same length of ban when I was not as toxic as I was for my first ban? This is my chat log for my first ban, and you can see a clear reason on why I should get banned.

As you can see, this is clearly worse than the chat log for my second account. However, it got the same length ban as my first account. Please explain.

Both are pretty bad. "kys" and picking fights constantly aren't welcome. Surely you could have grasped that after your first ban?

I mean, it might not be enough to auto-ban you from nothing, but I'm guessing you had a couple chat restrictions and perhaps a 14-day ban under your belt beforehand.

I'm going to assume that the ban in either case was either a 14-day ban or a permanent ban.

The issue here is that that the first game has the following comments:

Hide òn büsh: KYS Hide òn büsh: i will commit suicide

Riot has a zero-tolerance policy on this sort of encouragement to commit self harm, no matter how much of a "joke" you intend it to be. This can -- and usually does -- escalate immediately to a 14-day ban or permanent ban.

The second game is indeed worse, and could also have earned an immediate 14-day ban or permanent ban. The punishment tiers are not based around only the worst of the worst getting the more severe bans though -- you crossed the threshold for an escalated punishment with one game, and crossed it FURTHER in the other, but the punishment tier is the same for both.

You're a dick and you deserve the ban. All you're doing by bringing attention to it here is making it more likely that you get permabanned.

I'd suggest for your sake that you /mute all at the start of EVERY match and never touch chat again.
