First ban and 14 days

Hello, yesterday i went to draft pick and declared and picked a champion, after long time i had him declared my teammate BANNED him from me on purpose, and i didnt know play something else so i picked something dumb cuz i was also angry, then i wanted to play something else after this game so i went download something so my ping rises and it was keep high even when i stop the download so i didnt play much suck and l fed, my FIRST game ever i did trollpick on this acc, first time i picked and fed and after that i just received a 14 days for just 1 and first ever fed game. Even i was trolled by my own teamate in lobby with no reaction from his side. I had a lot of problems last days at work and i just wanted to play in my free day but this fked me in depression im thinking about to end it all for once, unban me please i understand i lost game to someone but first i got trolled in way i cannot stop with "mute" or ignore cuz i couldnt play anything else, it was first game ever on this account where i had score and feed like this, FIRST, never received ban or warning for feeding or anything else and for just 1 game caused by my reaction to action of troll of my teammate to me i got 14 days i dont have any more accounts and i dont have much games i play, im getting depresion of this unfair shit for real and beg you for unban for once when its just 1 game, when i report someone who went AFK i never received a feedback about it and when i lost end bein afk i got ban.... why
