Recently I have had my account permanent suspended after letting my cousin play some ranked and things apparently had gotten a little salty. Anyway my account was permanently suspended. Now I have gotten a few minor bans before but this, this is big and I spent so much money and time into this account and I need to know how I get it reactivated because that's time and money I won't get back and I feel it's a little harsh and quick with out even a warning. Espically when it wasn't even me playing on my account.

Your account most likely got banned for account sharing and elo-boosting in that case. Account sharing is against the TOS that you clicked "ok" to when you make the account and it re-appears every patch. The time and money spent on an account do not affect the account's standing nor if it gets banned. For more info, I suggest you contact player support by making a ticket (scroll up and click the "support" button at the top of this page) and waiting for their response.
