I feel like i have been unfairly singled out. I have been banned for saying kys to someone who intentionally fed, and even admitted in the chat logs to going to go feed in other lanes. my words may have been harsh and do require a suspension, I'm just asking for justice and having someone who actually deserves to be banned for ruining the game for the rest of the team instead of just keeping it between us. ruined the game for the rest of the team after i stated that she should back and reset her hp. she lost all of her hp and was 1 hit against the MF and pantheon. i started to take cs because she couldn't have taken them herself or she would have gotten hit by a stranded MF Q. after taking only 7-8 cs she threatens to leave lane and feed and that's when i started saying "kys kid" because i didn't want to take it seriously. i try on a day to day bases to make sure league is as nontoxic as possible by constantly supporting troll picks, constantly going fill to make sure everyone's experience in the game is enjoyable, and i only flame people that threaten to throw or are just as toxic. again i might have gone a little too much on the language but they ruined the game for the rest of the team. i may have been harsh and i don't expect to be un-banned i just want to know i'm not alone (also the game before this you might bring up saying i afk'd in that game but my keyboard stopped working and i was trying to fix it if you rewatch the game you will see that i was randomly using abilities trying to put keys back into my keyboard and i did try hard when i got back into it and saved my kayn and pulled solid ults when i could)

let me just clarify one more time because the comments are a little hectic, im not saying im in the right nor do i think i should be unpunished. i understand the rules and i understand that i broke them. it just seems silly that i got banned faster than the guy that actually ruined the game for everyone

It looks like the 2 of you violated 2 different types of offense, you verbal offense and him gameplay offense. I looked at death map and death timer. There's no disputing that he inted, at least not from me. For verbal offense, your chat log is fed through the IFS, which is an automated system that read through and judge your chat with its machine learning algorithm. You are not disputing your offense and admitted that the punishment is just so we don't need to get into that. For the jinx gameplay offense, it is said that those kind of things get manually reviewed by a human (while verbal offense is reviewed by a bot). It is entirely possible his case has not been reviewed (human can get backlogged while bot does not. It is a lot faster to read a chatlog than to watch a replay), which could potentially explains the delay in punishment. It's possible whatever ways the jinx inted put doubts in the system and did not trigger punishment. Your best bet is to submit a support ticket for that game and explain exactly what happened.

I've done a bit of clean-up on this thread, but I'd like to make a blanket statement that we need to all focus on adhering to the new Player Behavior Guidelines. Arguments about who was right and who was wrong, passive aggressive comments, saying people deserve their punishment, derailing disagreements, uncivil discussion, and the like are all not helpful to the discussion. The Player Behavior sub-board is for gaining help understanding your own suspensions and how Riot issues punishments as well as advice on improving your own behavior and dealing with toxicity in the game.

If someone starts to disagree with us in an uncivil manner, we need to avoid engaging in that discussion and instead focus on the parts of the discussion that are productive. That doesn't mean that people aren't permitted to disagree with us, but that disagreements need to be civil and respectful.

The main topic of this thread is why someone who used "KYS" speech in game was banned whereas it appears and intentional feeder was not. Let's stick to that topic.

You know, "kys" is a zero tolerance word, and is forbidden in every circumstance. Fair ban. If you continue with that behaviour, say good bye to your account.
