Hello!

So, I play LoL on and off with my younger brother from time to time, I'm not a good player- and I've never played rank or anything of the such. But my younger brother recently started playing the game once again and wanted me to come along and play some games. So I re-installed the program, checked twitch prime to see if there was any new deals- there was! I grab'd the loot. Then left the game installing . A day latter I open the launcher to start- but when i log in, unlike the day before I am greeted by a message saying I was banned for third-part application use! But I had not even played the game sense I was last logged in! (the day before) and I've never used scripts/hacks or whatever the sort. I think my terrible record helps show that, I'm still a noob on a lot of things. Nonetheless I reported a ticket- and I have been waiting for a reply. (could twitch prime- and the rewards/loot deals from the partnering companies be the issue?)

I come to the forums to see get advice/feedback on how i should respond handle this situation- and if there's hope for me. I don't want to see my account banned, i had a few skins there- and I had unlocked the champions i enjoyed playing. while it's not alot of progress that been lost it's still abit for me!

Thank League community!

Edit:

I looked at my match history, and spotted this game: https://i.gyazo.com/b10add9cda98e2acf0f7f0f7bee76f40.png Further detail: https://i.gyazo.com/408b859cf6d1b061bde5cbe2b3be8486.png

I was not on during this time, my game did not even finish installing at this point- Was I hacked? How do I deal with this.. Is there any saving grace here?

I would recommend you submit a Support Ticket to Riot. They will be able to help you out alot better then this board could.

Don't listen to the people who say Riot won't do anything. Riot tells you that the decision is final and there will be no appeal if they know that you're lying and haven't been hacked and still used a third party software. They use MANY tools to see if you've been hacked.

I've seen a lot of people in your situation where they got hacked and banned for using a third party program, and after sending in a ticket to Riot, they were unbanned as long as they were innocent and weren't lying just to see if they'd get unbanned. If you really, truly, didn't do anything wrong, Riot will know, and the punishment will be reversed.

Unfortunately due to it being the weekend the response time to your ticket may be a tad delayed, but just give it some time. You'll get an answer soon. They're adding two factor authentication in the near future so hopefully that will prevent this from happening so often to so many people.
