10 year gifts
so, i got chat restricted for 24 games... and i know i feel terrible, but will i be able to get the gifts for 10 year anniversary?

is it possible to be restricted form the gifts?
I'm chat restricted on another account and I just recieved the mission for day on and i'm still restricted for a few more games so yes, simple awnser is you do get them as long as you are not banned.
