Today I got permanently banned. First of all I dont think that I didnt deserve a ban.

I was playing adc bot on my way to D4 when I played against a fed Zed that just could oneshot me no matter what. I build PD, etc. So there comes the time I was at the base on my way to top lane and suddenly this monster pops up at the base wall annihilating me. Now I was mad as hell for sure and it happend and let it all out in chat. Later on I got assassinated by morde because I had no qss yet and I let it all out again. 10 more minutes into the game our poggers Lee succeeded in stealing the baron for us giving us the advantage. But little did I know... our Akali is now afk and we lose game. Moreover all the things I said where in the heat of battle, I dont realy what I wrote.

Ok I deserve the ban, but why permanently. I got so many friends that got banned so many times in the past. This was my maybe 6th ban since Season 3. I am aware of the fact, that I am not the nicest player of the league community. But in season 9 I got banned once and then I got permanently banned, how is that fair?

The punishment ladder goes 10 Game Chat Restriction > 25 Game Chat Restriction > 14 Day Ban > Permanent Ban.

After a 14 day ban, the next punishment is a permanent ban. That is normal, and clearly explained on the reform card given with your 14 day ban.

Punishments can skip levels when the infraction is considered especially severe, like using hate speech or telling someone to hurt themselves. This infraction also contains those elements.

If you previously received a 14-day suspension, that means you engaged in frequent toxicity or used zero-tolerance language such as racism or homophobia. On that 14-day suspension reform card, it was stated that any continued negativity would result in a permanent ban.

Even if your chat log wasn't toxic (which it was) you used zero-tolerance language on two separate occasions, both of which were directed in a derogatory way.

If you'd been banned 6 times in the past, that was 5x TOO MANY .

That's why the community is so toxic, because they keep getting second, third, forth, fifth, and apparently sixth chances. I don't care if they occurred over multiple seasons.

You even state "I am aware of the fact, that I am not the nicest player of the league community."

Well, this is a "community" game.

It's really a simple lesson to learn, and you couldn't manage it, even after 6 previous bans!!!!

Yet, what I find even more **inexcusable **is that Riot gave you so MANY chances.

Permaban after one 14 day suspension.

Yes, that's how it works. You're toxic as hell.

On you 14 day ban reform card it CLEARLY said that the next offense would lead to a permanent suspension It's possible to have your punishment level go down, but it takes time Your 14 day ban was recently so it hadn't gone down yet, so you got perma banned

And that's a 100% deserved ban. Homophobic slurs have no place in league

Yeah, in the message you get with the 14 day ban it says if you continue showing toxic behaviour you will get permabanned. Thats how the system works.

You got a reform card saying any instance of toxicity would result in a perma, but still said to yourself "hm I'm going to use a homophobic slur now". Not the best idea.
