I started playing LoL since season 3 ! A lot of time passed since then , and after hundreds of hours lost on this game , I found myself being kicked out totaly from it . This is unacceptable , your sistem is trash ! Other players can perma ban someone even if they don't give a right judgement , this is insane !!! I invested a lot of money in this game and got BANNED for 3-4 bad behaviour games out of 100 ?! WTF is this ?! There are truly lots of idiots who can't make a good comunity and after so many years I accepted it in a form . Everyone flames once in a while but I didn't deserved to be banned ! They could've give me a damn chat restrict at least ! In my whole LoL time I got maximately 4 chat restricts , and that is really small comapred for how long I played this game . Unlike many others who are really toxic , get lots of chat restricts but not getting banned . This is crazy , no wonder why so many players left . It changed too much in a really bad way ! But I bet none of you care , cuz you get your money and that's it , pure bussines . Nobody is a damn saint and everybody knows that . And is discusting how only bad behaviour is considered but the good one not . I helped a lot of people and frineds and tryed to make a good comunity yet only my mistakes was judged . I am dissapointed I am really thinking about sueing this company unless my account is given back . I really feel offended for what has been done !

No. Players don't ban. The automated system does, based on your behaviour. If you provide your logs we can discuss if the system got it right or not, but the overwhelming majority of the time it does.

Also irrelevant. No-one wants a system where you can spend money to make punishments go away.

Unless you said something zero-tolerance while already being on your last chance then you must have had chat restrictions already. Without providing your logs we can't say much more about that.

We don't get any money. If you're talking about Riot then yes, it is good business to remove customers that ruin the experience for others. Any business would do that.

On what grounds? To press charges they have to have broken either the law or the contract - where do you feel this has happened?

Go for it. Try and sue the company. Not only will Riot laugh, but your lawyer will too!

Riot banned you because they literally don't want you here. You agreed to a policy, and you disregarded it. So Riot discarded you.

Good luck with that lawsuit. If you think you're the first person to think of that, you're sorely mistaken. Riot covers their ass extremely well with the Terms of Service. (The little thing you agree to with every patch.) You won't get far with legal action; trust me.

chat logs. also if you were perma-banned that means you also got a 14-day ban at some point. you agreed to their terms and you broke the behavior rules more than once so you lose the right to your account. you don't own the account or the rp or the skins, you're basically renting them

So, you are saying 3.5% of your games? Assuming you have 100 game a week (probably a low estimate). That means you play 5,200 games a year. Assuming you have played for approximately 5 years (starting mid-season 3, and now mid-season 9), that means you have played 26,000 games. using your 3.5% that is 910 games. Lets say that it was possible that you didn't see any of the same players throughout those 910 games. That would give you 8190 players. You are telling me that making the game unpleasant for more than 8,000 players is acceptable?
