Playing drunk/high
This should be a report option. Why the fuck is the simple act of cursing a report but breaking the law and being in general a giant Piece of shit not a report.

There's no law against drinking in any state.
I don't play Ranked and drink.
That's never a good idea for me.
Swearing isn't a reportable offense. Swearing at your teammates however....
And most people who say outright that they're fucked up aren't usually actually fucked up.
Are you all there? It's not illegal to drink or smoke in many areas of the world nor should it be.
Most drunk/high people won't admit to being under influence because there's no need to. They/we are more likely to be typing random lyrics or typing unusually randomly.

- If they're anything like me they probably got to their ELO playing drunk/high, so it's not like they're playing any worse on average than any other player in the match.

You're forgetting the fact that you're playing with children (including manchilds over the age of 21) who aren't drunk/high but rather feel the need to pretend they are. It helps them in 2 ways
- They think its cool to say they are drunk or high
- They say it as a precursor in case they play bad, and then they feel they have a valid excuse.
Its highschool101. Everyone got laid in highschool til you all hit your mid twenties and confess/laugh about how much you lied back then to impress others.
Considering most children on here are, well children....
