Que Dodging isn't punished hard enough.
Just to clarify, I don't mean not clicking accept fast enough when the match pops up, I mean having clicked accept, and then as soon as champ select begins, dodging because you didn't get your lane.
Now, what are the current consequences of this action? The first time you dodge, you get a small time penalty and lose some lp, the second time the harshness increases a bit.
This wouldn't be a problem if people just got the same lane, every champ select until they weren't dodged or dodged themselves. Problem is, lanes are chosen by between at least 2 options, and you are never guaranteed a lane. So if you get your main lane, you could be dodged and get another lane. This means people who don't dodge get their prefered lanes less often. And people who dodge once, have been let off the hook very easily.
Also, there is no denying it, queueing and champ select take time, a lot of time, and 2 or 3 queue dodges in a row becomes infuriating. This would also serve to mitigate queue times.
So what do I propose to fix this? 2 solutions, one I have already mentioned, give people the same lane again after a queue dodge. The other would to have a daily and weekly resetting variable that you could multiply with the punish time, this variable could scale so that people that try to gain the system would be in for a hell of a wait after a couple of times.
