14 day ban for no reason.

I have recently gotten a 14 day ban for making threats in-game, I have never made threats ever while playing league, there is no proof to back up their claim, as there is no chat logs, it simply says, "We can't display chat logs for this punishment right now. Contact Player Support for more detailed info". I have tried to contact support, but every time JENNY711 is in charge of my ticket and doesn't even read it, just copy and paste the same message, JENNY711 didn't supply me with proof to my reason of ban, this has made me believe this ban was unjust.
