Well i can explain. I was having super stressful day,i don't really wanna talk about personal problems about it.But i agree that shoud've been banned,i regret saying to the player everything and i hope he didn't get offended or hurted by any of this words.

If your account was banned for toxicity, Riot will not give it back. If you want to make another account though, nothing stops you.

Permabans are sometimes lifted, but very rarely. It's safe to assume you're never getting the account back.

Permabans can be lifted but mostly due to handed out falsely in the first place or due to certain experiments of Riot (like in the past).

I hope that you will find an entertaining game (who knows, maybe League in a few weeks again?) and that your problems will be solved soonly! Best of luck!
