Honestly

Hi there.

It's unfortunate that as someone using these forums for the first time that that would be the first thing that I would be writing about. I am sure many can relate and have had these complaints before, but it's getting to the point where it actually needs to be stopped.

When people RQ during a ranked match.

Now I know, people are already aware of this and have probably complained about it but its really getting on my/others nerves.

Why should we be held accountable when 1-2 people decide to go AFK during a ranked match, losing 20+ LP because some guy couldn't get his act together, listen to the team, and pull on through. The LP system has to change in regards to the fact that teammates are still severely penalized even after someone decides to AFK and then end up losing. Yes, having friends is another option, but that doesn't always work given schedules, and other constraints, or just trying to get hold of that really reliable teammate most of the times. I honestly believe that players should lose a reduced amount of LP when someone goes AFK, because its been happening to me and others way too much

Not trying to attract hate of any sort, I just want to help others who may go through the same things in the future. I know there are many gaps in my faulty logic, but these are just my thoughts. I will gladly accept any clarification towards how the system works so I can get a better understanding of why this exists.
