Invert the "Honor" System

Why not use it for it's opposite intended purpose? If someone is not honorable, friendly, helpful or doesn't work as a team, everyone will know.

The good ole mark of shame. So just change the language. It's barely used in it's current state.

For what purpose? Do you think marking someone as "toxic" in champion select/in game would be overall beneficial? Or do you think that having that mark would encourage others to immediately dismiss the player or dodge the queue?

That would basically be turning a system intended for encouragement and promoting positivity into the exact opposite.

Because if anyone got a chat restriction, people would ostracize them? Reform would be impossible.

It's barely used in it's current state.

Hence why they are currently revamping it, so that it will eventually be something more meaningful for people that chose to use it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pFwrySPCff8
