Just saw someone who was plat but had no idea how to build, how to trade, or when you simply can't 1v1 someone.
This isn't some rage post about a feeder, this is someone who legitimately doesn't understand the basics of the game, and lost lane to a silver player (flex queue) while having a plat rank in solo queue. I refuse to believe this isn't an ELO boosted account, because it's not a bot playing, they spoke in game.

Honestly, Riot support isn't going to care what you believe. You're upset that someone did poorly, congratulations. Send in something with a support ticket if you want, but they're not going to give you any information on what happens to someone else's account.
You have a Diana match in your history where you went 13/12/11 and I don't agree with your build. Clearly, you are either a bot or you purchased your account. I refuse to believe otherwise.

That... doesn't mean the player bought or boosted their account?
Everyone has bad games, everyone goes through loss streaks, everyone underperforms at some point. One bad game definitely isn't indicative of someone boosting their account and besides, Riot would need a lot more evidence to go off of if they were to try and administer a punishment.
