and you've had it for 5 years, why the fuck does Riot troll you and make it something stupid and force you to pay to change it if you want it changed,

The poor choice of name was on you, not Riot. Players whose names were changed recently should also get a survey they can complete and submit, which will let them change their name for free after a certain amount of games.
Because you probably deserve it? You shouldn't have had an inappropriate name in the first place. Follow the rules and you won't get stuck with things you don't want. Like a bad name. Or a prison sentence. I don't know, just seems like common sense to me.
How are you not lethally embarrassed to have a summoner name like that?

To the best of my knowledge, you can also submit a Support ticket requesting a change in such situations, with a list of preferred names.
