Sent ticket to Riot again got back the same copy and paste response.
So I sent a ticket to Riot for ineligibility to receive rewards and the response I was given were completely the same. I'm just curious are their responses automated?

They are not automated, they are pre written. As they get tons of same issues as yours, they dont wanna type every time, they just send u already prewritten response.
