Do you get notified every time you are reported? Or is there any way to check your "standing"?

Just wondering, because I am honestly a pretty positive player but sometimes I do cuss once in a while, not directed to any one person but now that I think about it, I just probably shouldn't do it at all because someone could take it the wrong way. I've never received a notification I've been reported and I've never been punished in any form other than the occasional time restriction on joining a new queue. Just wondering if there's any way to check if I have been reported or what kind of standing your account is in because I imagine these kind of things stack up in the background before you actually get some kind of consequence.
