i was playing urgoD vs Gnar and i casted my ult on him killing him. and i wrote down the chat. LIKE A CHINESE WITH A CAT. could that be offensive and reportable? if it is. I´m sorry and i would not use it anymore

I would recommend avoiding this. At worst it's discriminatory and racist, and best it's not actually that funny or that good of a taunt. I'd find another way to celebrate your victory.

In Riot's standards, it is racist because they are hardcore SJW. To me, I don't care about anything you type in chat since there is a mute button.
It's stereotyping a bit but at the same time not to the point where I would personally call it hate speech. I'd go with the old phrase "If you hav to ask if it's illegal, then it most likely is"
odds are it could be considered racists and inflammatory, better to stay away from it.
