Do i agree with the rule itself? Nah, I don't think it works, in fact I think most anti-toxicity rules make the issue worse

Did you break the rule and therefore deserve repercussions within the confines of the contract you agree'd to in the EULA? Yep! You dun did it! You get the ban and it's rightful.
