i was stupid
i was a little toxic. i said report teamate for feeding when she just had a bad time. just like i did. and i know its stupid and i know there is n excuse but is there anything i can do?

Nothing. Just bend over and take it like daddy Riot tells you to.
The only think to do if you have received a punishment is to wait it out. Riot does not overturn or roll back punishments that are properly applied.
