Chat Restriction? Why so harsh?!

I know I did use the word "moron" and that the system cannot see the other chat logs or how badly I was being verbally assaulted/trolled but is this ONE game worth a 25 game chat restriction. This just really bothers me because after 25 restriction you get banned. And if i was punished for this I feel like if i say anything in a match I will end up being banned. This is crazy to me. (log below) I muted the Bard 2 minutes into the game, he did what bard trolls do, feed lane then ult me so enemy team could catch me and kill, or make me blow summoners to get away. I know the system cannot see this but i mean was I really THAT toxic. This really bothers me.

EDIT: this is the match, look at bard and yi kda. If you look at bard match history you can tell he is int troll. I was chat restricted for one game yet this guy is trolling EVERY game he plays.

You should've gotten 2 other ones. If you log out and into the client you'll see them.

Anyway, the most deciding factor in whether you get a punishment is consistency of reports. When you chat like that in game, you're going to get reported, so you're going to be punished. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all applies here.

As disregardable said, it's more about how consistently you are negative. I'm sure you realize calling people morons is not ok, but threatening people with reports isn't either (neither informing them they are going to be reported, nor asking others to report a player). Doing this is not going to get them punished faster, and will likely make them play worse. It is best to just mute and report silently, and focus on the match at hand.
