The above text resulted in me getting a 10 game chat suspension. What you don't see, and what I'm responding to (in perhaps a snarky but not necessarily toxic manner imo), is two of my teammates cursing at me pretty much the entire time. I know that I shouldn't have responded at all, and that's on me but I'm having a hard time understanding how in the world this resulted in a 10 game chat restriction after one game. Thanks for any feedback.

well the problem with riots feedback system is that it only shows up to 3 games of chatlogs. you can be a tiny bit toxic for 100 games. just in such little amounts that even after 100 games you arent punished. but then you get punished. and it might only show you 1 game of chatlog.

the system (which is automated) cant and doesnt consider context. never type back.

you kinda said the game is lost and called people out for losing and flaming. 2 things the system doesnt like.

In addition to Arammus's contribution, punishment is based on severity/time. With new accounts the 'time' is really small, so it's much easier to reach the punishment threshold.

Yeah, their rules are super strict. Even passive aggression and negative attitude can result in a punishment, which is what we have here.
