So I let my little brother play on my account and he came crying to me saying be just got my account perm banned. I still had 6000 riot points on the account. How do I go about appealing this. I playing g overwatch mostly so I let him play league. But I hop on league from time to time so it would be a number if I couldn't get my account back.

A lot of people don't know that sharing accounts is wrong, that it violates Riot's Terms of use, that it entails many risks, and that it can even result in a permanent ban. You are responsible for your account including when you give access to someone else.

Letting other people play on your account is a perma ban offense all on it's own, sorry.

That's pretty much on you.

Letting someone else use your account (not only is that against the rules on its own) doesn't mean you're no longer responsible for what happens on the account.

You can try to talk to Riot about getting the unspent Riot points refunded via support ticket, but I really doubt that they are going to un-permaban you in your situation.

That's an instant ban right there. You're not suppose to share accounts with anyone.

My question is this:

How did Riot know that your little brother played on your account?

Account sharing btw

Deserved ban

I am sorry but you can't:

because of the following reasons:

  1. Account sharing would get you a ban
  2. They can't see if you were playing or your brother.

But I do have a better suggestion. Contact support and find out how much money you have spent on your account and confront your brother on what he did.

He borrowed your account knowing what he could and couldn't do and decided to misbehave so badly that you lost your account. He didn't even have the balls to do this on his own account. I would be way more pissed at him then I would be at this game.

Haven't seen one of these "my sibling got me perma banned" posts in a while.

Haha I'm sure it was your little brother. [slayer-jinx-wink]

seeing as how you managed to get banned within 20 minutes of the game being played you probably do want to talk to your brother about not insulting people online because the only way the system is gonna be that fast is if he used zero tolerance phrases such as "kys" or "%%%%%%". also like others have said account sharing is against the rules in the first place and you have openly admitted that you did it here so the chances of you getting your account back are slim to none

You account shared, which by itself is violating the ToS and permaban worthy.

I still had 6000 riot points on the account

Irrelevant. Breaking the rules takes that right away from you.

How do I go about appealing this.

Thing is, you don't. Should've read the ToS.
